This Michigan winter has been one that I could handle. As it slowly comes to an end (which it seems like it ended back in February) the new trends of spring appear! It’s great to see the bright colors emerging: yellow, tangerine, aqua-teal blues. Bright colors are the new black and brown. It’s time to spruce up our wardrobes with these colors and break out the sandals and wedges. The brighter the color, the trendier the girl. Who else is following this bright color trend? OPI nail color. The website even allows you to virtually “try it on.” Time to enhance those mani/pedis with that springtime polish!

Now food, what’s a great treat in the springtime? An old obsession as a kid has been an everlasting one—frozen yogurt. A nearby place, Sugar Berry, is a great treat during this warm weather. What’s better than a frozen yogurt shop that lets you create your own creation? With a buffet of toppings, the price of your dessert is paid by the ounce.

Food and fashion is the talk of the town all year round. In my opinion, the warmer the weather, the cuter the trends and the sweeter the treats. Until next time, these are my daily craves!
Almonds and a South Beach Diet cereal bar = study snack. But what am I really craving? My shrimp and scallop pasta alfredo from Red Lobster that is currently sitting in my fridge. Leftovers for days! Not complaining. That’s all that’s left of my four course meal, nom.
